The Hi Marley platform is able to configure an automated resend welcome message that reminds end-users of the pending opt-in after some time period. This feature is highly configurable in regards to hours of operation, resend interval, and the amount of times it can trigger.
Carriers using this functionality have seen positive impact on their opt-in rate. In the example below, one carrier experienced an opt-in rate increase to 74% from May to August 2021.

Configurations Included
- Resend Interval (minimum 24 hrs): Amount of time (in hours) that Hi Marley waits before checking if the enduser is opted in and resending the welcome message.
- Maximum Number of resends (maximum 3): Set number of resends that Hi Marley triggers at the resend interval.
- Allowed Resend Time Period per Day: Set hours of operation for Hi Marley auto-resend to trigger. This can be configured on an hourly breakdown per day (including weekends). We recommend setting this to times that your operators will be online.
Recommended Configuration
- Resend Interval: 24 Hours
- Maximum Number of resends: 2
- Allowed Resend Time Period per Day: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (your main timezone)
