Logging In and Bookmarking Hi Marley

If you are trying to access Hi Marley, follow these steps to login to the platform and bookmark the site in Google Chrome.

Logging in

Hi Marley uses an Okta service to log in. To successfully log into Hi Marley, always start by navigating to chat.marley.ai.

NOTE: You will be automatically redirected to login.himarley.com where you will enter your login credentials. Once you've logged in, then you will be taken back to chat.marley.ai

Bookmarking

In order to bookmark Hi Marley, that bookmark must take you to chat.marley.ai

To ensure that your Hi Marley bookmark is set up correctly follow these steps: 

1. Open up a new Google Chrome tab
2. Ensure that you are logged in and see chat.marley.ai in the address bar
3. Click on the 3 vertical dots on the right side of the address bar
4. Scroll Over "Bookmarks"
5. Click "Bookmark Manager"
6. Find your bookmark for Hi Marley
7. Click on the 3 vertical dots on the right for the Bookmark for Hi Marley
8. Click Edit
9. Make sure the URL says chat.marley.ai and nothing else
