One, Inc Integration

Hi Marley and One, Inc have partnered to combine the power of their ClaimsPay solution with the Hi Marley platform to consolidate payment notifications on the same SMS thread as the rest of the claim communication. This ensures a seamless customer experience from claim to digital payment.

The Hi Marley + ClaimsPay v3 & v4 integration is focused on the single party payment use case. 

How to get started?

1. Carrier should reach out to One Inc rep to initiate the Hi Marley + One Inc Integration.
2. Once a One Inc resource & Carrier have committed to the project, loop in Hi Marley on an email thread including all parties: [e-mail].

 

Work Involved?

1. Hi Marley provides One Inc scoped credentials to the Carriers Hi Marley Org.
2. Carrier Admin Adds One Inc templates to Hi Marley environments.
3. Carrier works with One Inc to send the Hi Marley Case ID in One Inc Payment Master API to One Inc.
4. Carrier works with One Inc to test in UAT.
5. Deploy to prod!
