Overview
You can send text messages directly within the Hi Marley web application to stay connected with customers and partners—all from your desktop browser.
How to Send a Message

Open the Hi Marley Web Application
- Navigate to Hi Marley's site and sign in with your work credentials. You’ll land on the Inbox tab after you have signed in.

Search for and Select a Case
- Use the search bar or scroll through your inbox to find the case you’d like to message.
- Note: If a case has not been created, learn how to create a case here.
- Use the search bar or scroll through your inbox to find the case you’d like to message.

Verify Opt-In Status
- Before composing your message, confirm that the contact has opted in to receive text messages.
- If they haven’t, you’ll be unable to send a message until opt-in is complete. Learn how to facilitate opt-in here.

Compose Your Message
- Click in the message composition field at the bottom of the case view and type your message.
- If unable to send a message, see "Important Note on Opt-In" below
- Click in the message composition field at the bottom of the case view and type your message.

Send the Message
- Click Send to deliver your message to the contact.
Important Note on Opt-In
You cannot send a message if your organization requires the recipient to complete secondary opt-in (text confirmation from the contact).
If the recipient has not yet opted in, please complete that process before sending your message.
