Overview
You can send text messages directly from the Guidewire ClaimCenter using the Hi Marley integration. This allows you to communicate quickly with claimants and partners—all within your existing workflow.
How to Send a Message
- Open Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Log in to your organization’s ClaimCenter environment

Select a Claim - Choose a claim that already has an active Hi Marley case
Note: If a Hi Marley case has not been created, learn how to create a case here - Access the Hi Marley Cases Tab - From the claim navigation bar, click Hi Marley Cases to open the Hi Marley panel.

Select a Case - Review the list of available Hi Marley cases.
- If no case exists, create a new case.
- If a case exists, select the one where you want to send a message.

Compose Your Message - Click in the message composition field and type your message.
- If unable to send a message, see "Important Note on Opt-In" below
- Send the Message - Click Send to deliver your message.
Important Note on Opt-In
You cannot send a message if your organization requires the recipient to complete secondary opt-in (text confirmation from the contact).
If the recipient has not yet opted in, please complete that process before sending your message.
