How to Create a Case (Guidewire ClaimCenter Accelerator)
The steps below may vary slightly from the out of the box configuration of Hi Marley's GWCC Accelerator. If you have further questions, please consult your reporting manager or Hi Marley administrator
Eligibility check:
Before you begin, make sure the contact meets these criteria:
- They are already listed under Parties Involved on the claim.
- Their record includes a valid North American mobile number.
Create a Case
- Open the claim you want to work on in Guidewire Claim Center Cloud.
- Click the Hi Marley Cases tab in the navigation bar.
- Select Open Case.
- Choose the contact you want to text from the drop-down list.
- Verify the mobile number associated with that contact.
- Click Create New Case.
An automated Welcome Message will send immediately. All future messages appear under the Hi Marley Cases tab for that claim.
