The Hi Marley Case Transcript is a comprehensive document that records the text message communication and media exchanged between the Carrier and the Customer. Each message exchanged is accompanied by a Date & Time stamp on the Transcript.
There are several options available for Carriers to Ingest Hi Marley Case Transcripts & Media via an Integrated solution as opposed to the Adjuster downloading manually via the Hi Marley webapp.

SFTP
A Secure File Transfer Protocol solution where Hi Marley Case Transcripts are sent to a Hi Marley hosted AWS s3 Server in pdf format. The Carrier then sets up a batch job to fetch the files.
This solution can be customized in a few ways:
- Custom Transcript Naming convention defined by the Carrier.
- Transcript Upload Cadence from a defined list.

Download Transcript API
Hi Marley has a Public API, Download Transcript, that will allow your System to Download the Hi Marley Case Transcript in pdf or json Format.
Many Carriers implement this API with their System of Record and commonly expose a button in their UI to allow the Adjuster to Download the Transcript Ad Hoc. A more advanced implementation of this API is accompanied by Carrier logic in their System of Record to trigger the Download Transcript API request on Claim Closure.
An API key is required.
POST Transcript to HTTP Address on Hi Marley Case Close Event Webhook
Case Close is an Event in Hi Marley that is used to trigger different types of functionality. Hi Marley has a Public Webhook available for carriers to receive/ingest the Transcript in json format.
A carrier just needs to subscribe to the following Webhook once per Environment: UAT / Prod.
