Event ID 8: Email Transcripts/Media on Case Closure

Overview

Hi Marley offers an integration email case transcripts and customer media files (files, images, videos) upon the Hi Marley case closure.

File Size Limitation:

Email services are bound to a 10MB limit which is encompassed by the size of the email including attachments. To note, if you subscribe to Customer Media Attachments, larger email sizes will be broken into separate emails.

Implementation Process

The email integration can be configured by Hi Marley. Please contact your Customer Success Manager requesting this integration with the below questions answered.

Question	Description
What Type of Email do you want to receive?	The options are PDF transcripts, HTML transcripts, or Customer Media Attachments *To avoid size limitations, recommendation is to subscribe to the HTML transcript and the Customer Media Attachments as a separate subscription.
What Case Types do you want to use?	Specify CLAIM, POLICY, CASE (General Purpose Case) based on who needs to receive the transcript. You can configure a subscription for each case type.
